Strength and Sports Performance Coaching in Seattle, WA
I’m a Seattle-based Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Sports Scientist with over 15 years of strength training, sports performance, and Olympic weightlifting coaching experience.
I started my coaching career back in 2006, coaching my friends in the base gyms in Iraq in my early years as an Army paratrooper. I’ve been a CrossFit Affiliate Owner, USAW Club President in Hawaii, worked with Division 1 athletes as a Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coach and most recently worked as a Sports Scientist with United States Special Warfare.
I am back to doing what I love most, coaching. I’m using research-level training equipment, cutting-edge training tactics, and evidence-based methodologies to offer you a holistic coaching experience.
If you are looking to get serious results by working smarter, you’ll be able to train harder, for longer, and achieve your performance or aesthetic goals faster than you could ever dream of.
