Force Plate Performance Testing
Force-Velocity Asymmetry & Performance Analysis
A comprehensive performance assessment using VALD ForceDecks force-plate technology. Force plates measure ground reaction forces during various movements such as squatting, jumping, and landing. They provide data on force, velocity, power, and asymmetries.
During your session we’ll look at movements like:
isometric mid-thigh pull
squat assessment
countermovement jump
single leg jump
single leg balance
upper body isometrics
much more depending on your goals!
Sessions are 1-hour and include:
discussion of your performance goals, previous injuries, and any concerns you have
reviewing your current training routine
force plate testing
baseline analysis compared age group normative date
initial recommendations to improve your performance
After your session, you will be emailed a comprehensive report of your performance results in a PDF.

Virtual Custom Programming & Coaching
Whether you compete in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, or other strength sports or are just a parent trying to keep up with your kids, I want to help you towards a healthier, stronger, faster body that you also like seeing naked!
Coaching and programming for those who have:
specific health and fitness goals
mobility concerns
musculoskeletal or neuromuscular issues affecting your ability to workout consistently
difficulty finding a workout plan that considers your past or current injuries
little to no experience with fitness/strength training
training experience but are not progressing and looking to increase strength, speed, power, and aerobic capacity
access to gym equipment at home or in a gym space
confidence to workout independently but with guidance
and also want:
guidance from experienced coaches and physical therapists on exercise prescription and progressions
a little extra help to get started in the right direction
accountability and feedback on a regular basis
a structured program to follow designed just for you
help navigating around limitations due to past or current injuries
How it works
Get Assessed
This is what sets us apart. We aren’t just creating the same basic program for our clients.
We will have up to an hour-long, one-on-one initial session together either in-person or virtually to discuss your goals, training history, medical history, including past and current injuries and limitations, and any other relevant movement assessments.
A thorough assessment will give us all the information we need to create the best program specifically for you.
Pricing for the initial assessment includes your first month of custom programming.
Get your program
Your programming will be delivered via the Teambuildr app within a week of your initial assessment.
You’ll receive an email invitation to Teambuildr to set up your account including a tutorial on how to use the app.
Once you’ve accepted your invitation, your programming will be delivered to you along with a video overview of your first week.
The type of workouts, number of workouts per week, workout length and volume, and equipment required will all be customized to YOU.
